Shipping, returns & privacy

Every book is printed on 170gsm archival matte cotton paper and bound by hand at our print partner's press.

Printing takes 5–7 working days. Shipping time starts once your book leaves the press: standard shipping takes 5–7 working days and costs $9, free on orders over $250. Express shipping takes 2 working days and costs $24.

We currently ship within the United States. International delivery is not available yet.

Because each book is printed from your own photographs, we cannot resell a returned copy — but we will always put a fault right.

If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or with a binding fault, send us a photograph of the fault within 30 days and we will reprint it at our cost. If the fault is ours to fix, there is no charge and no argument.

Change-of-mind returns are not possible once a book has gone to press, since the book exists only for you.

Uploads are stored privately and served through signed links that expire. They are readable by you, and by the press that prints your book — nobody else.

We never use your photographs in marketing, and we never sell or share them. You can delete any photograph, and any book, from your studio at any time; deletion removes the files from storage.

Deleting a photograph that has already been printed does not affect a book that has shipped.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. Your book goes to press as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in USD and include the AI curation and layout tools at no extra cost. Shipping is added at checkout.
